This Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machine derives its core strength from its innovative structure that combines the Vertical Auger + Volumetric Model on the same chassis. This eliminates the need to invest in two different machines, providing cost and space advantages.

With this hybrid system, you can package fine-grained powder products like flour, coffee, and milk powder with the precision of the Auger system; and free-flowing granular products like sugar, pulses (bakliyat), and salt with the speed of the Volumetric system. Offering speeds of up to 70 packs per minute, it fills 250g, 500g, and 1 kg pouches with ±1% precision. Capable of creating both standard pillow bag and shelf-ready block bottom bag forms, this machine removes boundaries in production, offering you unrivaled flexibility.
